Doctoral Study Fund

Subject to the availability of funds, the Vice Rectorate for Research supports doctoral students of the ABPU with an individual Doctoral Study Fund to financially support them and thus increase the quality of their studies. Doctoral students can apply for a grant of up to EUR 1.000 per full calendar year towards their expanses for their doctorate, which will be awarded upon proof of the expenses. Material costs must have been incurred in the same calendar year. The material costs must be purpose-oriented, i.e., they are material expenses resulting from the doctoral studies. This funding amounts to a maximum of EUR 3,000 per doctoral student over the regular study period of 6 semesters.
